Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams.
- Prepare and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents.
- Support enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Occasionally travel on business trips as assigned, handling cross-department or external tasks.
- Attending to any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required.
Education & Experience :
Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.Is fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong communication and coordination skills.Has 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience.Is detail-oriented, responsible, and possesses excellent time-management and team-work abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Can adapt to occasional business travel when requiredTell employers what skills you have
