Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and visitors
- Attend to queries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
- Assist in customer loyalty programmes and redemption of reward programmes
- Play an active role during promotions and marketing campaigns
- Any other duties as assign by the Centre Management Office.
Requirements :
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent with 1 year experience in retail or hospitality industry in a customer service roleOpen to candidates with no experienceFamiliar with MS Office- Word and ExcelPossess excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPleasant personality and service orientedAble to work 6 days work week on rotating shifts (including Sat, Sun and Public Holidays)Tell employers what skills you have
