Ocean Freight Sales Manager

Job descriptionAt least 4 years of sales experience in freight forwarding / logistics. Solid understanding of global trade lanes, carriers, and pricing structures. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and proven business development track record.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive business development efforts to increase ocean freight volumes and market share.
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with customers, carriers, and agents.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to meet client shipping requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
