Description
Identify
and pursue new business opportunities through market research,
client prospecting, and competitive analysis
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve
targets and KPIs
Manage and grow relationships
with key accounts to ensure long-term business success
Deliver technical presentations and product
demonstrations to clients and industry stakeholders
Conduct client training sessions and workshops to support
product application and knowledge
Prepare
detailed sales reports, forecasts, proposals, quotations, and
tender documentation
Liaise with internal
departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project
execution
Monitor project timelines, delivery
schedules, and customer satisfaction throughout the sales
cycle
Track and follow up on payment status
and ensure timely collections
Analyze customer
needs and recommend product solutions that meet both technical and
commercial requirements
Attend sales meetings,
brief the sales force, and participate in business planning
activities
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the
construction or engineering industries
ITE or
Diploma in Engineering; qualifications in Civil or Chemical
Engineering will be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel,
Powerpoint
Strong communication, negotiation,
and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with a
proactive and self-driven mindset
Possess a
valid Class 3 driving license (preferably own
car)
