Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking an Assistant HR & Admin Manager to join their dynamic team :

- Working Hours : 5 days, Office Hours
- Salary Package : Basic + Bonus
Job Responsibilities :
Support the HR & Admin Manager in the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions.Assist in implementing HR strategies, policies and programmes covering manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, performance management, and C&B.Coordinate training and development initiatives and support employee engagement and relations matters.Ensure HR practices comply with local employment regulations and company policies.Provide administrative support for office operations and HR projects.Job Requirements :
Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience handling the full spectrum of HR duties, preferably within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance.High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information.Computer literate.Ready to apply?
