Description
Supervise,
motivate and communicate with colleagues to achieve sales targets
of the month
Demonstrate product knowledge and
provide consumer advice on products;
Organizing all store operations and allocating
responsibilities to staff on ground
Ensuring
compliance with health and safety legislation
Sign-up new members, meet or exceed targets given for
ValueClub memberships;
Deliver excellent
customer service from start to end;
Arrange
and display retail merchandise as instructed;
Do daily housekeeping before store opens and after store
closes to ensure cleanliness and
safety
Requirements
Possess the ability to work effectively with others in a
team oriented environment
Excellent
interpersonal communication skills
Basic
computer knowledge & internet navigation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing always changing
environment
Have the ability to multi-task
with excellent follow through
Must be a great
sales leader with excellent skills in driving store
sales
Must be flexible to work retail
