About the
Job
As a Bar
Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing all
bar operations, ensuring exceptional service, and contributing to
the brand's success. Your role will include :
Lead and Inspire the Team :
Manage, train, and mentor the bar team to ensure high performance
and a positive work environment.
Operational Excellence :
Oversee all bar operations, including inventory, stock control, and
financial transactions, to ensure efficiency and
profitability.
Quality
Control : Uphold the highest standards for beverage
quality, presentation, and consistency.
Strategic Menu Development :
Collaborate on menu creation and innovation, helping to curate a
unique beverage program that aligns with the brand's
concept.
Customer
Engagement : Serve as the face of the bar, building
strong rapport with guests and managing customer feedback to ensure
satisfaction.
Inventory and
Supplier Management : Manage all aspects of bar
inventory, from ordering and restocking to building and maintaining
relationships with suppliers.
Compliance and Safety :
Ensure the bar and its staff comply with all health, safety, and
hygiene
regulations.
Qualifications
and Experience
Proven
experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within
the F&B industry.
Extensive knowledge of
wine, beer, spirits, and a mastery of mixology and drink
recipes.
A passion for the craft of cocktails,
beverage knowledge, and hospitality.
Strong
leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work
under
pressure.
