Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers
- Process customer purchase orders, validate pricing and lead times
- Perform order entry, rescheduling, planning, and monitor delivery schedules
- Communicate with customers professionally via email and phone regarding order status and delivery updates
- Coordinate with production teams and overseas factories to ensure on-time order fulfilment
- Prepare delivery documents and coordinate logistics for timely dispatch
- Issue purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and track delivery schedules
- Monitor and manage the flow of raw materials and finished goods
- Organize monthly stock-taking activities, reconcile and verify inventory from various stockrooms
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement good inventory management practices
- Promote teamwork and support team-building initiatives
Requirements :
Minimum ITE Nitec or GCE "O" Level qualificationProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsAt least 1 year of relevant working experience (preferably in manufacturing or supply chain)Strong communication and coordination skillsAble to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracyPassionate team player with a positive work attitudeWorking Location : Tuas (5mins from Tuas Crescent MRT)Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.00pmTell employers what skills you have
