Regional HR Executive
$4,500 x 13 + VB

M-F, 9am to 6pm
Recruitment & Onboarding :
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for assigned business units to ensure smooth integration
of new hire into the organization.
Employee Engagement & Development :
Build and promote employee engagement, champion of employee and organisational change managementand development activities.
Establish strong & influential relationships with leaders and managers in your client group, provide soundadvice, support and guidance aligned with HR & business strategy.
Act as a representative agent for Epson Singapore HR to correspond to HR-related inquiries logged in theprocess improvement system (Epson Support Hub), and support with workplace issues.
Resolve employee concerns and conflicts, ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.Coordinate employee development programs to build and enhance job related skills and competencies.Performance Management :
Monitor and support reporting for regional performance management and regional promotion cycles.Provide support for disciplinary cases and improvement plans for underperforming employees.HR Services & Compliance :
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation align with personal data protection governance.Responsible for HR deliverables for the business units and ensure all the HR initiatives are performed inaccordance with HR guidelines and compliance with countries laws and regulations while balancing thespecific needs of business operations.Interested candidates, do submit your resume to : jocelynchan@recruitexpress.com.sg OR telegram @jocelynchan
