We are seeking a Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Engineer position with strong semiconductor industry experience to lead sales growth and strategic initiatives in wafer carrier business for South East Asia & India market.
Responsibilities :
1). Develop and implement effective sales strategies and establish key partnerships with customers to drive revenue growth within the region.
2). Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies based on market trends & competition to expand company's customer base and market presence.
3). Manage sales budget, allocate resources efficiently and monitor expenses to optimize profitability.
4). Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and key performance metrics to senior management.
5). Collaborate with sales, factory and product teams to enhance product positioning, pricing, and overall sales strategy.
6). Handle additional sales tasks as assigned by senior management.
7). Willing to travel internationally as required.
Requirements :
1). Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or business field.
2). 5-7 years' work experience in semiconductor industry in charges of consumable parts or equipment with strong network connection with major wafer fab and Test & assembly customers in Southeast Asia region.
3). Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
4). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders effectively to achieve organization sales objectives.
5). Extensive knowledge in the wafer fabrication and test & assembly process is desirable. Knowledge of wafer carrier and N2 purge application in back-end process will be added advantages.
6). Positive & responsible attitude with team work spirit.
