Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to customers.
- Ensure customer enquiry are properly addressed and escalate customer complaints to related departments.
- Handle daily order processing, schedule deliveries and inventory reconciliation.
- Work with various departments to ensure smooth operations and to serve customers' need.
- Support the Marketing team.
- Other ad-hoc customer service-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Minimum GCE 'O' levels and above.Prior 1 - 2 years of working experience in customer service or marketing industry would be advantageous.Meticulous, detail oriented, efficient.Good verbal communication, interpersonal and written skills; with pleasant and positive attitude.Computer literate.Work Location : 31 Kian Teck Drive, Singapore 628848.
