Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors; manage visitor registrationHandle phone calls, emails, and general correspondenceSupport general office admin : reception upkeep, pantry, supplies, and maintenance coordinationLiaise with building management and vendors for facility-related mattersManage meeting room bookings and setupOversee company mobile phone and carpark programsArrange courier services and manage outgoing mailAssist with vendor coordination and basic contract / price negotiationsPrepare simple monthly reports and manage supplier relationshipsSupport company events and activitiesSupervise janitorial services to maintain office cleanlinessPerform other admin tasks as assignedCollaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operationsRequirements
2-3 years of experience in receptionist and office admin rolesDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsPositive, self-motivated, team player with a strong sense of responsibilityStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP or Health & Safety is a plusAble to converse in English & Mandarin due to the need to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholdersTo Apply
