ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
be familiarize with the flow of operation within the front-of-house
of the restaurant.
Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused
service.
promotions, events and marketing activities.
Take part in hiring, onboarding, and training new team
members.
preparation and service quality.
customer feedback and resolve service issues.
Work with chefs to understand menu planning, ingredient sourcing,
and supply management.
Manager in administration duties of the
restaurant
including dishwashing when required.

REQUIREMENTS
Min. 1 year of related working experience would have an
advantage
hospitality
fast-paced environment
interpersonal and management skills
work independently and in a team
communicate in English and 1 other language
Self-discipline and self-motivated and enjoys interacting with
people and serving customers.
high standard of personal hygiene with clean appearance and neatly
attired.
