Description
We are seeking an experienced, independent Temporary Events Executive to support a high-level client event for one week. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion are key. If you thrive under pressure and have a proven track record managing premium events or VIP clientele, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support in the planning and on-ground execution of a high-profile event
- Liaise directly with VIP clients and ensure their needs are anticipated and met
- Coordinate logistics, vendor, schedules, and guest experiences
- Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times
- Troubleshoot and adapt in real time to last-minute changes
What We’re Looking For :
Minimum 2–3 years experience in events, hospitality, or luxury service sectorsHighly independent and able to take initiative without micro-managementPolished communication and interpersonal skillsConfident working with high-level clients and senior stakeholdersAble to withstand outdoor long hours standing and event operations for 3 full days.Able to manage tight timelines and high expectations with easeBased in Singapore and available to be on-site during event dates.Available immediately or within short noticeFlexible with hours during the contract week (events will include late night till event concludes each day around 12-1am)Tell employers what skills you have
