To set performance goals with the upper

performance with key trainers and senior management.
To receive training from supervisors of related
departments such as finance, operations, sales, IT.
To observe experienced staff and gain knowledge about
procedures, methods and standards that are required for performing
departmental
duties.
Requirements :
Willing to work on Weekends, Eve and Public
Holidays.
Willing to work 6 days' work
week.
Ability to soak up as much knowledge
during the training.
Must be matured and
adaptable.
Must have good people
skills.
Must possess a desire for
teamwork.
Should be proficient in using
computer.
Good organizational and analytical
skills.
Must be a quick
