This role focuses on Event within Event &
Promotion : -
Assist in the planning
development, execution of membership programs, campaigns,
promotions, and member events that support business goals in
acquisition, retention, reactivation, and revenue
generation
Participate in the formulation and
implementation of marketing strategies, including promotions,
direct marketing initiatives, and partnership-driven
campaigns
Plan and coordinate member
engagement events such as tournaments, gala events, and exclusive
performances
Lead and support the coordination
and execution of business-related projects across multiple
departments, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget
delivery
Liaise with IT and relevant business
units to ensure the appropriate management, accessibility, and
integrity of marketing data for campaign execution and
analysis
Supervise and mentor junior staff,
ensuring strong performance, compliance, and development of team
capabilities
Collect post-event feedback,
analyse performance, and recommend improvements for enhanced
customer experience and better Return on Investment
(ROI)
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs,
internal controls, and regulatory policies through regular audits,
investigations, and compliance
reviews
Job
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing
with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar
capacity
Prior experience as talent buyer or
planning and execution of performance / concert events will be
advantageous
Proven track record in strategic
planning, managing and execution of successful marketing campaigns
and systems
Excellent analytical skills with
the ability to interpret data and leverage insights to drive
marketing strategies
Exceptional communication
and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
and build relationships with internal and external
stakeholders
Strong project management skills
to effectively coordinate multiple campaigns at a
time
