As a Sales / Senior Sales Manager, you are expected to
maximize all streams of revenue in achieving targeted occupancies
and average room
rates.
Responsibilities :
Establish lead generation & acquire new accounts to achieve
revenue goals based on market segmentation and
budget
priorities to achieve the revenue goals for all
segments
penetrate new accounts to achieve new business
goals
clients to ensure business continuity
timely communication with the Sales team to achieve group and event
revenue goals
when assigned by the
Management
Pre-requirements :
At least Diploma in business administration, marketing or a related
field is required
working experience in the hotel industry
be proactive, self-motivated, business oriented with excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
