About the
Role
As a Senior Sales Manager
specializing in pianos, you play a crucial role in driving sales,
enhancing customer experiences, and contributing to the overall
growth of the company. Your responsibilities span from lead
generation and customer engagement to achieving
sales.
Develop and
implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual
revenue targets.
Identify and engage potential
clients through sales events, teacher outreach programs, networking
opportunities, and targeted cold calling.
Oversee the compilation and management of prospect lists,
actively converting leads into tangible sales
opportunities.
Lead and mentor retail team
members to proactively engage customers, clearly communicating
piano sales and rental package information at events and showroom
galleries.
Establish and nurture strong client
relationships through consistent communication,
ensuring
alignment with company branding strategies and
customer expectations.
Conduct market analysis
to remain informed on industry trends, competitor products, pricing
strategies, and promotional activities.
Collaborate closely with inventory management teams,
providing insights into market demands and customer preferences for
effective inventory planning.
Ensure
exceptional post-purchase customer service, overseeing follow-up
processes to guarantee client satisfaction and swiftly addressing
any concerns.
Foster ongoing customer
relationships to encourage repeat business and generate client
referrals.
Maintain extensive product
knowledge, including in-depth understanding of piano models,
brands, features, and industry technological
advancements.
Regularly assess and provide
feedback on sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to
meet or exceed set
goals.
Hiring
Criteria : Minimum 3
years of sales experience, demonstrating an ability to achieve set
targets under pressure.
Demonstrate high
fluency in English (speaking, reading, comprehension, and
writing).
Strong team player with a positive
and flexible attitude
Able to cope with the
fast-growing pace of the company
Passion for
pianos and music, with an additional background in playing the
piano considered an advantage.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills.
Able to work weekends and public
holidays as
required.
