Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description & Requirements

1.根据菜单要求准备和烹饪各种西式菜肴，包括前菜、主菜和甜点等。

2.负责控制食材的使用和库存，以最大限度地减少浪费和成本。

3.维护厨房设备的清洁和维护，确保其正常运行。

4.遵守食品安全和卫生标准，确保食品安全和卫生的可控性。

5.与其他厨师和服务员紧密合作，确保菜品的准时送达和整体的食品体验。

• Prepare and cook a variety of Western dishes according to the menu requirements, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
• Manage the use and inventory of ingredients to minimize waste and control costs.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of kitchen equipment.
• Comply with food safety and hygiene standards to ensure food safety and sanitation.
• Work closely with other chefs and service staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes and an overall excellent dining experience.
