We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Commis Chef to
support our kitchen operations. This role requires hands-on
involvement in day-to-day food preparation, strong execution
skills, and a commitment to excellence in a high-paced
environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and execute dishes from your assigned section
with precision, consistency, and high presentation
standards.
Assist the Chef de Partie in mise
en place, service, and kitchen cleanliness.
Uphold hygiene and safety standards according to SFA and
internal SOPs.
Communicate effectively with
team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow.
Participate in daily prep, service, and post-service
duties with a proactive and professional attitude.
Receive and store deliveries properly, maintaining stock
rotation and quality
checks.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years of kitchen experience in a refined or
upscale restaurant setting.
Basic knife skills
and understanding of mise en place systems.
Strong work ethic, adaptability, and attention to
detail.
Good communication skills and ability
to work well under pressure.
