Job descriptionMinimum education level : Vocational certificate. Familiar with Microsoft Office 365. Familiar with Microsoft Exchange / Outlook and Windows 10. Good command of English. Advantageous to have at least 5 years of experience in IT. End-of-Contract bonus.

The Role :
As a Desktop Engineer , you will be responsible for the following :
- Provide EUCD Support by supporting users' requirements.
- MS Office usage troubleshooting.
- MS Outlook usage troubleshooting.
- MS Teams / Skype usage troubleshooting.
