Responsibilities :
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Identify new business opportunities and upsell / cross-sell company products or services.Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.Monitor account performance and provide regular updates / reports.Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.Requirements :
