Learning & Development Manager

Salary : up to $4,000 per month

Working Hour : Monday to Thursday : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM, Friday : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM

Location : Central

Contract Period : 11 months

Job Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning and Design : Design learning solutions for organisation employees together with the organisation academy team, subject matter experts, learning champions and trainers.
• Content Creation and Communication : Create effective visual aids and infographics to support learning. Assist project team in the usage of EdTech and Generative AI tools for learning content creation.
• Programme Development and Implementation : Oversee the creation of learning assets and resources and drive instructional design projects for both online and in-person learning.
• Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain relationships with subject matter experts, learning champions and trainers. Collaborate with external partners and vendors.
• Training and Facilitation : Assist in the organisation and execution of training workshops and events, including managing logistics, course scheduling and learner management.
• Quality Assurance and Analytics : Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness. Generate insights from learning data. Recommend improvements based on data analysis.
Requirements :
• Singaporean
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the adult education industry, with a good track record in programme design and delivery, learning experience design, use of technology, stakeholder engagement and project management. Good understanding of adult learning principles.
• Proficient in leveraging digital content creation, generative AI, and EdTech tools to innovate and enhance adult learning experiences.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
