We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute data-driven B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business expansion goals.
- Identify new market opportunities , emerging trends, and potential clients to grow the customer base.
- Conduct competitive analysis and adjust sales approaches to maintain a market-leading position.
- Leverage existing networks and experience in shopping malls and tourism-targeted businesses to drive market penetration.
2. Key Account & Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term partnerships with high-value clients and stakeholders.Serve as the primary liaison for major accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.Customize solutions based on client needs analysis to drive retention and upsell opportunities.Must have an established client base within shopping malls, tourism-related industries, and relevant sectors.3. Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed KPIs.Define clear sales targets, monitor performance, and implement coaching strategies.Foster a results-driven culture with accountability and continuous improvement.4. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
Oversee the full sales cycle-from lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation to deal closure.Deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure profitable deals.Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to maximize revenue while maintaining client trust.5. Sales Performance Tracking & Reporting
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.Ensure real-time documentation of sales activities for transparency and strategy refinement.6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align sales strategies with business objectives.Relay customer feedback to enhance product offerings and service delivery.7. Compliance & Ad-Hoc Duties
Ensure all sales practices comply with company policies and industry regulations.Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director.Requirements :
5+ years in B2B sales management , preferably in Retail or tourism focused IndustryProven experience working with shopping malls, tourism-targeted businesses, and a strong network of clients in these industriesProven track record in hitting & exceeding revenue targetsStrong negotiation, presentation, and client management skillsExperience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics toolsLeadership ability to motivate and develop sales teamsExcellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
