Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum HR functions including recruitment, work pass, compensation and benefits.
• Preparation of monthly payroll / IR8A / tax submission (includes reviewing of global office payroll)
• Maintain and update employee / consultant personal files, contracts and other employee information for Singapore and global office
• Review and update HR policies in Singapore and global offices when required
• Renew insurance policies and assist staff on insurance queries
• Administration of external training for employees
• Propose and implement employee well-being programs and initiatives
• Participate in HR Audits and MOM surveys
• Provide back-up support to the administrative team
• Coordinate with administrative team to provide IT support to employees for Singapore and global offices
• All other ad-hoc duties
