Business Development Manager – Freight Forwarding - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Take charge of sales for all logistics services – Ocean, Air, and Courier.
• Embrace a hunter mindset to actively seek and close new business opportunities.
• Confidently pitch to prospects via meetings, calls, emails, and more.
• Maintain an active pipeline and ensure every lead is followed up on.
• Structure your week with planned sales calls and timely reporting to management.
• Be the expert – stay up to date with market shifts, competitor movements, and customer expectations.
• Own the numbers : manage your P&L and contribute to growth.
• Respond swiftly to tenders and RFQs.
• Work hand-in-hand with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Be proactive, accountable, and ready to take on additional duties as needed.
