Role
Overview :
As our Community Manager, you'll
be the linchpin connecting brilliant technical minds,
forward-thinking clients, early adopters, and strategic partners.
You won't just keep projects on track-you'll shape how ideas become
reality. From aligning teams to managing timelines and budgets,
you'll ensure clarity, momentum, and smooth execution every step of
the way. If you thrive on coordination, communication, and turning
complexity into progress, this is your time to shine. You'll take a
front-facing role, engaging with diverse stakeholders to understand
their needs, solve problems, and ensure a positive, productive
experience.
Key
Responsibilities :
Stakeholder Coordination :
Act as the bridge between teams, ensuring alignment on goals,
objectives, and timelines.
Project Execution : Creation
and delivery of a Coaching Accelerator program successfully,
ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
Communication and
Transparency : Maintain open communication channels
with all stakeholders, providing updates and managing
expectations.
Risk
Management : Identify and mitigate risks to ensure
smooth project delivery.
Reporting and Documentation :
Produce reports, project documentation, and progress updates to
stakeholders.
Community
Management : Keep communication open and positive,
sharing updates, listening to feedback, and making stakeholders
feel heard, valued, and involved.
Team Collaboration : Foster a
collaborative environment to drive the successful development of
the AI Coach and AI-powered
community.
Qualifications :
Experience in managing communities and groups of
stakeholders
At least 2 examples of proven
experience managing complex projects with cross-functional
teams.
Performed in roles to handle 4 or more
groups of stakeholders.
Familiarity with AI or
tech-driven projects is a plus.
Familiarity
with international communities and stakeholders
Ability to balance competing priorities and deliver
results under pressure.
Event planning or
community building (virtual or in person) experience is a
plus.
Emphasis on actual experience in running
communities (Fresh out of school
welcome)
