Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies for a designated region to achieve revenue and market share targets.
2. Team Management : Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
3. Business Development : Identify and acquire new B2B customers, including developers, contractors, factories, government agencies, and property management companies.
4. Key Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with major accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
5. Sales Forecasting & Reporting : Monitor regional sales performance, analyze trends, prepare forecasts, and report to senior management.
6. Market & Competitor Analysis : Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to inform product strategy and pricing.
7. Project Oversight : Oversee regional projects, coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, technical support) to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
8. Compliance & Standards : Ensure all regional sales activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
2. 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fire protection, safety equipment, construction, or related industries.
3. Proven track record in managing a sales team and achieving regional targets.
4. Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
5. Analytical, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
7. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
