The Senior Manager / Director, Human Resources plays a critical role in aligning HR strategy with business goals to support rapid expansion. This leader will serve as a key business partner to leadership while overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including payroll, administration, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and has experience scaling HR processes in startup or high-growth companies.
Job Responsibilities :
- Act as a trusted advisor to management, providing guidance on talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Provide guidance on talent strategy, employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, payroll, benefits administration and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, employment standards, and data privacy regulations.
- Implement scalable HR processes and policies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Implement HR policies and best practices that comply with local regulations and support the company’s high-growth trajectory.
- Provide proactive resourcing HR advice and guidance in relation to coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions and mitigation for solutions and corrective action from time to time based on Audit, Risk and Compliance finding.
- Lead the team in providing full employee life cycle service from onboarding to separation management in partnership with the rest of the HR CoEs (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development)
- Serve as a champion of employee experience through engagement surveys, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of regional HR and administrative professionals, fostering growth, accountability, and high performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to align on HR-related activities and policies.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in related field, Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in high-growth technology, or real estate industries. Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment is advantageous.Strong business acumen with proven experience in both strategic HR leadership and hands-on HR operations.In-depth knowledge of employment law, payroll systems, and HR best practices.Meticulous, highly organized, self-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with leadership and engage with all levels of the organization.Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft applicationsSeniority level
