Business Development Executive - AP OIL PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end export operations for lubricant products including order processing, documentation, and shipment coordination.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and export controls.
• Liaise with production, warehouse and quality control teams to meet export schedules and product specifications.
• Handle customer communications related to orders, documentation and shipment status.
• Process export payments including Letter of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfer (TT) and other terms.
• Support the sales team in preparing quotations and pricing for international tenders.
