Management of relationships between users and assets, correcting any inconsistencies within the requested time frame.
Receipt and support of goods from third-party hardware suppliers.
Performance of regular checks on assets and reporting on data quality.
Management of PC disposal with third parties to minimize financial risks.
Management of PC ordering forecasts for the country, including monitoring orders and deliveries.
Maintenance of an end-user support knowledgebase.
Provision of on-site support to maintain a close relationship with end-users.
Management of various IT devices used in the client environment.
Coordination with 3rd party suppliers, including escorting them during services.
Reporting any service non-compliance and issues to client IT.
Extended support such as storage and dispatching across client sites, disaster recovery plan support, and process PC support in client plants.
Datacenter support including maintaining rack layout and cabling information, physical devices hardware inventory list, and providing escort services when other suppliers require access to client racks.
Perform special services such as supporting events, sales force annual meetings, special support for projects, and any other reasonable requests from the client.
