Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and retention strategies for all levels of staff.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead performance management processes, employee appraisals, and career development initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Manage HR metrics and reporting to support decision-making.
- Coach and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Support organizational development, change management, and employee engagement programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR best practices, and payroll administration.Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR strategy.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.Tell employers what skills you have
