Team Introduction
TikTok's SMB Regional PMM team aims to provide advertising product solutions to SMB advertisers, to grow SMB advertisers together. You are joining a team of operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset, who proactively drive the client’s growth strategy, including upsells, renewals and campaign reactivations. Responsibilities - In-depth Market and Customer Research : Skillfully utilize data to analyze market trends and product applicability, providing data support for product development and strategy. - Develop Marketing Strategy : Formulate effective product marketing strategies for international business products based on objectives and SMB market demands. - Product Positioning and Support : Determine product market positioning, set targets, and provide necessary marketing tools and materials to the sales team. - Plan Product GTM : Organize and execute online and offline marketing activities to enhance product visibility and market share. - Product Design Optimization : Closely monitor product performance data, listen to customer feedback, and collaborate with technical and operational teams to optimize product performance.
Minimum Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in product operations, experience with SMB advertising - Strong research and data analysis skills. - Experience in leading and delivering complex cross-functional projects on a fast-paced schedule. - A quick learner with critical and innovative thinking, able to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly adapt to change. - Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. - Proficiency in English is a must in order to communicate with the global team. Preferred Qualifications - Proficiency in Japanese, Korean, or Vietnamese is preferred, particularly for working with local customers, merchants, and partners
